Hello, we are Alumnx!
In May 2022, we were founded as a PolyUniQue committee through an initiative of PolyUniQue alumni and an academic mid-level staff member. The goal of Alumnx is to provide a casual safe space for former LGBTQIA+ students and LGBTQIA+ individuals in the workforce. We are a mixed age and international (and of course super friendly) group where any person can make new connections.
The student association PolyUniQue provides us with the infrastructure we need for our existence. The costs for participation in events are covered entirely by the participants, any profit we make is passed on to PolyUniQue. If you still want to support the LGBTQIA+ community in any way, you can make a donation to PolyUniQue – in our experience, students are often short of money, you know 😊
